Quality is at the center of everything Huanju makes. From incoming raw materials to finished office furniture, every stage is checked against our quality standards.
How We Control Quality
- Incoming Inspection - raw materials such as steel, fabric, mesh and leather are verified before production.
- In-Process Checks - welds, mechanisms and finishes are inspected at each production stage.
- Durability Testing - chairs are tested for mechanism durability and load capacity; desks are verified for stability and surface resistance.
- Pre-Shipment Audit - every product is confirmed against the approved sample before packing.
Each batch is documented with complete quality records, so orders can be traced back to their production details. We run regular training for our production teams and keep our testing equipment calibrated, helping us deliver consistent quality across every shipment to customers in more than 30 countries.
